Now that my 22 Days Of Literati are done, it's time for a new rec post.

- Get Out Of This Place While We Still Have Time by Missgoalie75 (on Tumblr): She doesn’t know what will be worse to her mom – potentially sleeping with your boyfriend at a party or running off with him to New York City in the middle of the night. This is just amazing! It’s raw, honest and intense. If only it could have been like this.

- To Move With Purpose by Missgoalie75: Rory doesn't say no to Jess and they proceed to spend the summer together, traveling from New York City to Venice Beach on an impromptu road trip. A lovely slow road to reconciliation.

- 50 Sentences by Missgoalie75: A list of 50 themes and each theme is a sentence each. Missgoalie75 gets to the heart of the Literati matter, one sentence at a time.

- Footnotes And Annotations by Missgoalie75: Glimpses of what’s seen and not seen during their times together and apart. 117 drabbles, ranging from happy to sexy to very sad. I'm not done reading all of them (only ten to go), but I wanted to include them in this rec list anyway. My favourites so far: 10, 11, 21, 42!, 46!, 47!, 49, 55, 58!, 59!, 60!, 66, 70!, 71, 75, 76!, 81, 82, 87!, 102, 104, 109!.

This is turning out to be a bit of a fan letter to Missgoalie75. ;) Missgoalie75, I'm almost done reading all of your Lit fic. I'm anxiously awaiting your new stuff!

But let's not forget that there are other great Lit writers out there as well:

- Still Three Shy by Francesca Jones: She started drinking straight from the bottle, because that’s what Jess would’ve done. Hauntingly beautiful, but so sad!

- Our Exile by TrappedInPast: How things should have gone on the bus when Jess left. His face betrays nothing of his emotions, and for once, for once in his whole life, he wishes that it would. Intense, painful and with great symbolism, but ultimately uplifting.

- Tail Lights by Sisyphus: Her thigh is still tingling from where his fingers had briefly brushed it. She knows it shouldn’t, but it’s there the sweep of it over and over again. Rory after she leaves Truncheon. Wonderfully symbolic. It manages to pack a punch in so few words.

- The Getting Back On The Bus Series by Allessandramari, starting with How Did I Get Here?: Set during the 2012 election season, Rory revisits Truncheon to ask Jess for help in getting Luke back on track. Includes a walk down the dark alley of Jess's childhood. A Rory and Jess romance with Luke, Lorelai, the Gilmores and the rest of the town thrown in for fun. This is an entire saga, consisting of twelve stories (so far). A lot of them are Literati-centric, but other characters are featured as well, including Logan, Dean and even Percy, the swan who beaked Jess in 3x14! I've only read the first four stories so far, but they were all excellent. I especially love the treatment of Jess' childhood back story in Getting Back On The Bus (#2).

- Favorite Lie by Starcrossed890: And your stomach twists in a good way, because inside you know that it's a lie. And it's the favorite lie you've ever told. Jess listens in on Rory's discussion with Shane in the beauty shop. Cute!

- Flat Screen Saga by Andra-ggfan: Luke made Lorelai give away her flat screen TV. He came to get it, she came to visit, now they're dating. And now the campaign is finally over and they're moving in together. Exciting times but what comes next? The book fragments at the end of this epos melt my heart.

- Unspoken Words by Andra-ggfan: Rory and Jess and a summer night.'I don't need words, I need you.' Poetic and intense.

- Too Rough, Too Rude, Too Boisterous by Ainerose: What if Dean went to Luke's two minutes earlier, when Lorelai and Rory were outside talking? Can Lorelai fix the mess that was Raincoats and Recipes, in between opening the inn, fighting Jason and kissing Luke? A twist on 4x22, wherein Lorelai makes Rory realise that she's only running back to Dean because her feelings for 'unreliable' Jess scare her and Dean feels like a safe choice, which is exactly how I've always perceived the situation.

- Truths Universally Acknowledged by 12cubed: A set of missing scenes from late Season 2. Rory and Paris get an assignment from Mr. Medina. Great comparisons between Jane Austen's and GG's characters. I never realised it before now, but the end of Persuasion is very applicable to a future reunion between Rory and Jess. It's a shame they seem to dislike Edward Rochester so much though. ;) Love the extra Rory/Jess/Paris discussions!

- Keeping The Web Untangled by Iscahmckrae (on Tumblr): Jess didn't usually lie, at least according to his own definitions, or Rory's. Occasionally, though, certain things needed to be the truth. Chapter Two: "And people wonder why I don't smile more..." The origin of Jess' crooked mouth. Heavy. I love their dynamic as a married couple in the second chapter.

- Three Painful Words by lalalovely.x: You love him. You love him more than you ever thought you could. But all he ever did was hurt you. Please look past the spelling mistakes. This is one intense (I seem to use that word a lot concerning Rory and Jess) piece of fic.

- A Gradual Descent by Knowhere: She refused to be a cliché, falling for the seemingly dangerous guy when she was with the safer one. He refused to let the innocent girl of his friend to make him feel something unwanted. My first foray into AU Lit fic. Very different, but worth reading. Their chemistry is electric, the characters are recognizable and it's incredibly hot. I love Killer the cat!

- Tricky Concept by Knowhere: For once, she didn’t get what she wanted. Despite the fact that it breaks her heart, she wants to be happy for him. So sad.

- I Have Never by Knowhere: A dark kitchen, one bottle…two old lovers reminisce and discover things for the very first time. And its sequel Not What You'd Expect: Awkwardness isn’t a requirement of the morning after. This one isn’t filled with halting pauses and lingering looks. This passage rings so very true: "I never thought you'd say no." Her lip begins to tremble. "Maybe that was my mistake. Maybe I always thought I could come back to you when I was ready."

- Blizzards And Broken Hearts by Lady.Of.Victory.Rising: A Family Matter... with a twist. Because of the snow, Luke doesn't check on the car, and Jess ends up walking back to Stars Hollow... with some unexpected consequences. Very emotional. I love the Rory/Luke bonding and the image of Rory curled up into a sick and sleeping Jess, while playing with his hair.

- Give Me Someday by TheVelvetDusk: An addendum to the devastating ending of Last Weeks Fights, This Weeks Tights. It's been done before, but I'm doing it again. "The ghost of a life she had previously shelved seemed to float obtrusively around her white walled future." It's a shame there are only a couple of Lit fics around written by TheVelvetDusk. I love the way she uses language. This piece has beautiful imagery and provides us with a more rational ending to 4x22.

Fic:

- Old Friends by Moonrays and fridays: No-one really thought much of it when Jess Mariano finally moved on. He'd given it his best shot, really he had. Some pieces of fic evoke a very visceral reaction in me. This is one of them. Songfic done exactly right.

- immortal stars awry by TrappedInPast: She looks up at him, her eyes like bedroom eyes, dazed, confused, lethally beautiful. He tells her to forget about the car. Everyone has a car. They’re nothing. Just pay attention to me. Just gorgeous.

- Burn by Andra-ggfan: Jess and Rory don't get in a car crash that night. Instead, they go back to the diner and start talking about a book. The rest just rolls from there. Garcia Marquez and Neruda inspired two-parter. Intense and with a great use of poetry.

- Crazy Random Happenstance by Meghanna: Jess goes to a wedding and runs into an "old friend." What will be seven chapters that follow three times Jess and Rory are thrusted together. It doesn't always have to be hard and dark. This is a lighter version of the post-series reunion, but it still rings true.

- Final Boarding Call on Track Twentytwo by fulfilled: Jess, a book tour, and a latenight train ride. Funny and extremely cute.

- The End Of The Road by open hearts catch dreams: "you were right; it is what it is, you- me. What it is, is never over." - Post Series One-shot: Three years since Jess last saw Rory. How much could things have really changed? Not that much, if they still always come back to each other. Emotional with gorgeous imagery.

helaluvE's Future Fic Quartet:
# Ridiculous: The effect they still have on each other. An original writing style, which makes the story feel immediate.
# Pulling Out A Mondler: Sequel to 'Ridiculous'. Escapades and gossips.
# Red Shirt And Apple Pie: She wants something, he's reluctant to give it to her. Their lives together. I love the sense of family between RJ and LL here. Even though I have no inkling to read pure LL fic, I need a LL backdrop in my RJ fic. Other pairings involving Lorelai or Luke feel wrong. I love the sense of togetherness when both couples are involved in a story. They feel like an extended family.
# A Good Man: When they're not careful, the past creeps back in. Angsty!

- The Kid by dirao: Jess comes back to Stars Hollow with a kid in tow. Will the town be able to deal with it? What happens when your past comes back to bite you... dirao describes this as fluffy angst and it's a fitting description. The premise is a painful scenario, but I love how mature Jess steps up to the plate here. The emotional and hot reunion with Rory is great bonus.

- Absolution by Andra-ggfan: Rory can’t let him leave without saying something so she leaves with him. But can they really change anything in just one night? Rory gets in Jess' car after his ILY. Emotional and beautiful.

- Kitchen Rendezvous by Great Clone: “You know, my third husband had a fetish for doing it in kitchens. Maybe Jess, too…he does work in a diner.” Hilarious!

- Your Cologne by Sharon Bible: He wear's your cologne now... Very short but very poignant.

- Building Bridges by LiteratiAngel: Silence is golden? Ha! That’s what they tell you but it’s not true. It’s a big, fat elephant of pressure in a room…but the worst silences are the ones that last over long distances. I wanted to quote the entire first chapter. Two examples: "Ever since that Dodger came into my life, my soul has been slowly tearing itself apart. Little frayed pieces that could only be stitched together by a smirk. A crooked, knowing smile." and "Did I... do something? He always thought it was his fault. He was always waiting, thinking he was on the brink of screwing up because he'd done that with everyone else, so why not me, right?" The story has a lovely circular form and a great immediate writing style. P.S.: Feel free to "huh" now. ;)

- Because Nature Favors Disorder by Molly Larch: He thought apologizing was supposed to make things easier. Neither one of them expected this. A slow road to reunion over the course of Rory's time at Yale. A good plot, painful at times and nice characterizations. I loved Jess' relationship with Lily, Jimmy and Sasha here.

- The Machine In The Ghost Within by missgoalie75: He wishes that his life could be a little less pathetic and not resemble a popular classic rock song that was briefly resurrected by a Scorsese film. I finally found my fic dealing with Jess' transformation between 4x21 and 6x08. And it's a great one! Bleak but believable and ultimately uplifting.

- Lady.of.Victory.Rising's Episode Rewrites, especially:
# Turn The Car Around: Last Week Fights, This Week Tights. Rory finds that she can't bear to watch him walk away again... I've always had the feeling that Jess would have said something more rational to Rory, had he not been spooked by Dean's presence at her dorm. This fic shows his thought patterns before panicking. And of course the outcome is a bit different as well...
# Breathing In Tandem: Balalaikas. Jess and Rory's shouting match outside the pub takes an unexpected turn... "Of course I'm not the same! How could I be?" "How can I be Rory if there's no Jess?" *cries*
# Freefall: The Real Paul Anka. Before she goes, Jess has a question. And Rory's answer isn't one he'd ever expect. One question by Jess leads to a torrent of emotions.

X.Hardys and Horcruxes.X' Series of connected Oneshots. Together they form a great future fic. My favourites:
# Apology: Jess never apologised to her. So it was time. Jess and Lorelai, at the end of S7. I loved the way this went down.
# It's Not The Champagne Talking: "I mean seriously, six or so years of unresolved sexual tension and we're only missing for an hour or two? That definitely seems like a weekend long journey full of room service and long showers." One fabulous and really hot Literati hook up at Lorelai and Luke's wedding!
# And a bonus mention for No Fights, It's The Firelight because the idea of Jess writing bedtime stories for his little sister is just too adorable for words.

- The Orange Soda Will Get You Every Time by Wonderlandleighleigh: Jess and Rory reconnect under some interesting circumstances... If only because I'm totally in love with little Dan.

- Passing The Torch by Wonderlandleighleigh: Jess passes on a little something to the next generation. Too cute.

- House Hunting by Wonderlandleighleigh: Jess and Rory look for greener pastures... A very funny piece of meta-fic.

Video:

- What's A Soulmate? by UnicaNumb

- Gotten by mccann16fan

Both these videos show why these two are so suited for each other.

- Just A Little Girl by Luvtheheaven I always love Luvtheheaven's videos. This one is painful to watch, but it really packs a punch and it shows why both of them needed time to develop before they were ready to embark on a mature relationship with each other.

- The Right Move: Jess Mariano and Luke Danes. "And I want to thank you for everything you did for him." "Well, it never hurts to take a shot. At least you know you tried." "Sometimes things take a while before they sink in." Perhaps it's blasphemy to say so, but I think I may be more invested in the relationship between these two than in the one between Lorelai and Rory. This video made me tear up a bit.

Well, what can I say? I read insane amounts of Literati fic these days. Here are some more of my favourites:

- Relentless Sparks by TheVelvetDusk: "An imaginary force dragged him across the brown lawn. It was what unfailingly occurred when Rory Gilmore was involved." We all know that Luke and Lorelai get married someday. So what happens when the pair's nuptials throw Rory and Jess together into a series of rather fortunate events? Awesome from A to Z! A great use of language, a good plot and scorching chemistry make for a fabulous story.

- It Is What It Is by Silverhelix428: Despite all the bad he's done, I love him. Sometimes." A few words and a spark of conscience change everything. What if, in The Real Paul Anka, Rory decided to go back and propery apologize to Jess? A confrontation leads to friendship... and maybe more? An interesting twist on 6x18. I especially adore Matt and Chris in this story. One of the things I love about Jess' development in season 6 is that he finally has friends around him.

- Across The World by once-was-serendipity: Post-finale. Jess and Rory run into each other in an unexpected place. Emotional mayhem ensues :P I do have some issues with it (some emotions and motivations didn't ring true), but overall this was a great read.

- Dear Rory by ICanSeeYourFace: A series of letters, written to Rory by Jess. It's been approximately a year since Rory visited Jess in Philly, and now he feels there are some unfinished business between them. Follow his letters to Rory, as he tries to explain himself. and Post Scriptum: Sequel to "Dear Rory". Rory left Star Hollow in the middle of the night to go to Philadelphia, where she hopes to find Jess and ask him about the Christmas Card. Communication is still hard. I love the role reversal here.

- Fish by fulfilled: A moonlit night, a dance, a tuxedo... a fish? Adorable. I laughed out loud at the last paragraph.

- Stupid Reasons by MahliaLily: Love me for stupid reasons. I like those most. Who knew potato peeling could be so special? "You made me love." Sigh...

- Borrowed And Blue by Dirao: Rory’s reflections on the Jess Box … Future Fic. Building the road back to one another, one item at a time. Has a poetic quality to it.

- Lipstick by rainwater tears: Post 6x18. In his head he tells himself she’s just some girl he used to love. This passage is so beautiful: "She's been scribbling notes across his margins for the past three years, editing down his life story until she was the only thing left. A soft little virgin in a quaint little town: a hoodlum's ruin. Innocence as the destructor of sin."

- Hi, This Is Jess by The DragonflyInn: Post-series. 2 years. 24 months. 730 days. That's how long it's been since she last saw him. She knows she should let go, but she can't. This story really sucker punched me and had me reeling from it hours after finishing it.

- Together We'll Move On by MissGoalie75: She stares at him, thinking how he’s changed so much, yet so little at the same time. Maybe that’s what growing up is really about. Cute and honest at the same time.

- You Had My Heart Inside Your Hand by ten.years.only.with.you: She's always going to be the words when he has nothing left to say. Profound and poetic.

- The Prince's Rose by Kapsule corp: "For a brief moment in time, cerulean blue looked into hazel brown, and there was love between them." Luke thinks about his nephew on a very important day for their family. A nice insight into Jess' (and Luke's) past.

- To Be Expected by MissGoalie75: What’s not expected are the words that end up coming out of his mouth from the very core of his being. Those three words, the feelings they imply… he’s not supposed to feel anything like that. Nice insights into Jess' thoughts during 4x12 and 4x13.

- Look Back and Lament by MissGoalie75: She remembers the last time this has happened, except she was approaching him on the bench, looking for something she could never seem to find except whenever she was with him. Intense and painful, but with a hopeful ending.

- Three connected ficlets:
# A Tale Of Buses And Goodbyes: Parenthood is hard when your kid takes after her parents. Jess catches his daughter after she sneaks out to see a boy and decides to tell her the story of the time her mother hopped on a bus.
# And 4 months!: Rory comes home to find her house quiet. And in a house with a 5 year old, quiet is never good news.
# Muck A Duck: A sleepless six year old asks her dad to tell her a bedtime story about how he met her mother. He complies, but they get distracted with talks of ducks and mucks and other things.
All by Andra-ggfan. So cute!

- The Weaving Of A Tapestry by Ara May: Jess and Rory on the eve of Luke and Lorelai's wedding. It should have been a beautiful tapestry, but instead of something akin to La Tapisserie de Bayeux, the Fates gave up almost as soon as they began. Easy does it... Intimate and beautiful.

- # Dangerous by The DragonflyInn": "These were two responsible, innocent teenagers. Well, at least one of them was, right?" Prequel to "You can count on me now". In that story, Rory reminisces about how Jess' kisses always made her forget everything her mother ever told her about sex and waiting 'til you're ready. This is a oneshot from a moment in season 3 where that is very much the case. Oh, la la! This feels very in character for of them.
# The sequel: You Can Count On Me Now: Set in season 4, episode 21, when Jess shows up at Rory's dorm room. She doesn't want to run away with him but instead decides to give him a piece of her mind. But things don't really go the way Rory had intended them to and she discovers what her mother really meant when she said that Jess was dangerous, and Jess discovers that sometimes, words aren't enough. Very emotional.

- The World Of Rory's Head by SomewhereBeyondReality:
# Boxes: "It was a good idea of Lorelai's: packing away the memories of your old boyfriend, but she's accepted that his lid will never close completely." Rory reflects on the boys of her life and their boxes.
# Psychology: "She didn't major in psychology but – looking back – she realizes her previous choices were more complicated than what Pro/Con lists revealed..." Post Seasons 7 Rory reflects on her relationship decisions.
# Map Reading: Post Finale Rory reflects on the relationships in her life in a very organized and Rory-like way.
# Comparisons: "Maybe their freaky connection stretched too far because now – looking back – she can see parallels between Rory's relationships and her own." Lorelai reflects on the men in the Gilmore girls pasts.
Each piece provides great insights. The story of Rory and Jess' reunion is weaved through all four of them.

- In Somnis Veritas by zpplnchick: "Our lives improve only when we take chances – and the first and most difficult risk we can take is to be honest with ourselves." – Walter Anderson What dreams may come..

- In Mourning A Lost Moment by Moonrays And Fridays: So Logan turned up, and the one chance Jess and Rory had to talk, about his novel, about her lack of school, was taken from them. And everyone's pretty irritated. Logan and Jess' thoughts on the one and only Rory Gilmore. It's plain for all to see what they mean to each other.

Fic

- Timing by Knowhere: Six years down the road. A box. A phone call. A conversation that’s long overdue.
- And its sequel: Maybe This Time: Change is inescapable. One week. Seven days. A relationship comes together. These two stories were my first foray into Rory/Jess Future Fic and they instantly became my favourite reunion scenario. I love the vulnerability displayed in it, especially by Jess. It's all about honesty. The atmosphere is so intimate, during this week of reconciliation nothing in the world matters but them.

- Firealarms by aragons: In a sea of brightly colored paperbacks and scholarly tomes, the simple grey with only a title stands out. [FutureLiterati] True love never dies...

- Lit Fic by Vera Cobb: A silly parody of all the various Rory/Jess reunion fics floating around in cyberspace. Just LOL!

- Pleats And Puzzle Pieces by Finnigan Geist: He liked finding all the ways they fit each other. A bit of naughty fun with some hilarious lines.

- Two At The Most by Andra-ggfan: Rory wakes up in the one bedroom she never thought she would. Jess's. Apparently things happen when there are one too many Martinis involved. Post-finale Literati.
- And its sequel Incurable: Jess and Rory finally go on a long overdue real date. It doesn't end there. An uncomplicated look at the post-series reunion.

- Commas And Ampersands by finkpishnets: He thinks that maybe, should Luke ask, that this card is Closure, except it's obviously just him digging up the past and not even his Uncle's dumb enough not to notice that. Sometimes a simple gesture is all it takes.

- Ask Me, I Won't Say No (How Could I?) by dollsome: Sixteen, she reminds herself, was a long time ago. Short but so sweet and so them.

- Astronomy by Unfold: Rory, Jess, stars, etc. Set during Teach Me Tonight. 'He is distracted completely by this sky.' Lyrical and with a lovely parallel to Jane Eyre (achieving redemption through her).

- Gazing From Rooftops by aragons:She asked for him to turn right. This is where it led them. Inspired by Astronomy. Not as lyrical, but the longing is so guh. Goes AU in the end.

- Two Ships by Abc79-de: Jess stops in to pick up something left in Stars Hollow. Rory stops to crash in her old bed for a night. Neither is expecting company, but they find it nonetheless. Lovely and hot at the same time.

- Blue Magnets by FallAway: AU Season two. He shouldn’t be allowed to touch her like this. But she stopped saying no a long time ago. Beautiful language and guh! Hot!

- Suggesting It's Better by FallAway": t could be worse. She’s just not sure how. Literati oneshot, post 6x18. Painful, both figuratively and literally. I love the blood metaphor.

- Orange Striped Sheets by Trapped In Past: "I love you Jess." It’s a chant, a Hail Mary, a prayer rolling off of her lips like melted cherry ice. Another look at the post-series reunion. I love how at ease with each other they are here.

Vids

- The Last Time by Bumcrackmosh182: "All the times I let you in, just for you to go again. Disappear when you come back, everything is better..." I may or may not have watched this video countless times these last few weeks. So good it hurts.

- Down by Bumcrackmosh182 "So why do I try? I know I'm gonna fall down."

- Kiss Quick by Bumcrackmosh182 "Shut your mouth, pull me out before this all goes grey..."

- Be The Song by Seehuna

After finishing Gilmore Girls (especially after Jess' amazing character growth in season six) I've come to the conclusion that I'm a Literati shipper and I'm convinced Rory and Jess should end up together after the show. So, as is usual for me when I discover something new that I really like, I'm on a Literati binge at the moment. I've got a new layout to prove it!

Of course endlessly watching and rewatching their scenes is involved in this. I also started reading fic. This post and of course their Ship Manifesto were a great place to start.

Fic recs so far:
- The Reply by Terra7: He had to remind himself that they were not the same. They’d broken each other too many times for that. Bleak, but evocative and with beautiful language.
- Raining Recipes On My Coat by Wonderlandleighleigh: Raincoats And Recipes... With A Twist Of Jess Mariano. A bit unbelievable, but very funny. Good characterizations.
- Ever After by Angeleyez: Future Lit. Late nights, warmed up food, a shoebox apartment. She wouldn’t have it any other way. Cute, but not too saccharine.
- Annabel Lee by Trappedinpast: He doesn’t feel like he can be the one to dilute her purity with alcohol. Leave that to her asshole fiancé. No, he breaks her in other ways. I'm not sure the characterizations are exactly right (for me, it's a bit too dark and bleak and I feel that Rory changed back to who she was at the core after her wake-up call from Jess in season six), but the language is so, so gorgeous.

I'm planning to read A Little Dramatic Irony soon, which seems to be the Rory/Jess fic to read. I loaded it on my Kindle and holy crap! It's 310 pages long! It's AU from 4x13 Nag Hammadi Is Where They Found the Gnostic Gospel. It's a shame it won't include Season Six, grown-up Jess, but I'm very curious nonetheless.

Video recs:
- I really like Somebody That I Used To Know, but also check out the rest of her vids.
- These two trailers for a season 8 with Rory/Jess are great fun and cleverly done.

It looks like Tumblr is still in love with them. Lots and lots of gorgeous gifs. I've reblogged some stuff, but not much. Well, what is much?

Anyone on LJ still fangirling over these two? Any recs? I'm looking for Future Fic in particular.

Season 7 Episode 10: As much as I have problems with Luke these last few seasons, I love him as Daddy!Luke! Good for him for fighting for April.

Back in season 2 I was rooting for them, but the Lorelai/Christopher relationship falls flat for me. It feels like they're stuck in time. It seems like they're still in the same relationship that they were in when they were sixteen.

Rory seems to be in limbo. Is her relationship with Logan even going anywhere?

Hate the Lane/Zack twin pregnancy storyline. Lane really got the short end of the stick in life. First an overbearing mother, then a moron as a husband and now accidentally pregnant at 22, before she's had the chance to do something with her life. What did Keiko do to piss off the writers?

I watched the season 6 finale of Gilmore Girls last night. What an emotional rollercoaster. The Lorelai/Luke train wreck was a long time coming. Luke isn't the person he used to be, all caring and communicating. His response to Lorelai's ultimatum was horrible. And Lorelai ending up in Chris' bed? Stupid, but not that surprising. I think Lorelai and Chris need to get their kumbayaya's out before Lorelai can ever be happy with Luke.

Funnily enough I think I'm starting to like Logan. For the first time I got the feeling he and Rory really love each other. Can't wait how his year in London is going to affect his relationship with Rory. Mitchum was right though when he talked to Rory in the elevator. Logan needs to do something with his life. I'm glad Rory sees it too.

So after that happened I took a little break from the Gilmore Girls to watch this: spoilers for The Mindy Project 2x14Collapse )
