five things make a post
01) Bottleworks has Pliny the Elder on tap again (no growlers, though). A very nice thing to discover on the way home from the library and grocery shopping with Soren.
02) I am actually going to read one of the [FITB] for Dummies books, as I have inherited Soren's old iPad (Victor gave him an iPad 3), and need to learn how to reconfigure it for my own purposes. Wish me luck. )Anyone with tips on such things, feel free to comment; I know where the on/off button is, and that's about it.)
03) Of the twenty-two cherry tomato plants Jane started this spring for me, two have survived. Whether we will get any fruit from them is questionable.
04) I really like living with two other people. Cooking and shopping for three is intuitively easy for me.
05) Do other people measure the amount of meat they give their cats in portions of mice? Jane and I tell Skippy, "That's a mouse thigh and drumstick worth of lamb you've had already; don't be greedy" all the time.
