This is my favorite time of the day. This city never sleeps, they say, but it does get slightly more quiet after midnight and I enjoy every moment of it.

Coffee is also something I enjoy immensely. Especially when enjoyed with a menthol cigarette. How did I manage to live without it before? If only it was possible to sustain oneself solely on coffee. One can always wish, though.

What is this place? Why am I here and not in the Underworld? The bright sun hurts my eyes. And the colors and noises! They seem never-ending. Is there no way for me to get a bit of peace and quiet here?
