Made a few manips for the fan fiction Out Of Bounds - John/Rodney - NC-17 by 
icarusancalion.
Manips of a skating Rodney or the couple together on the ice will follow if I can find a fitting image.
The program I used for it was FaceOnBody and Adobe Photoshop because FaceOnBody is lacking a few features for postwork. But really anyone and everybody should be able to use it for making manips and such things.
