☆ Give us a brief rundown of what you characters have been up to. Hook-ups, break-ups, fights, discoveries, epiphanies, near-death experiences, in-character Rift comings and goings. Things that you believe other muns might be interested and/or need to know, and might affect their own characters. Brainstorm! Where do they go from here? What would help or hinder their plans? Which would you prefer?

Or rather, if you're a new mun, tell us about your character and what direction you're interested in taking them, what kind of CR you're looking for.

Basically, let everyone know what everyone was up to in 2011 if you'd like, and what everyone would like to be up to throughout 2012.

☆ The plot event for the Rift's fourth anniversary has finally been revealed. To those who need the link once more, click here. You will be taken to the post in our mod journal with details to the event. Read it, learn it, love it--and start bouncing off ideas to involve your characters. As always, participation for any event is always optional. If you have any questions, you can ask them here, too.

Superlatives Meme!

1. OOC-LY post a superlative (like Best Dressed, Hottest, Most Likely To Go Insane, Most Likely to be Decapitated). You can do this anonymously if you'd like.
2. Characters or muns nominate characters that fit the superlative. Meta is a go.
3. You can also post with your character, and other characters/anons/muns can give superlatives to them.
4. Post with more than one superlative. HAVE FUN. Comment around as much as you like. Have characters argue, argue with characters, agree with one another, threadhop. :> ETC.

☆ The Rift's Second Event plotting will get its own thread, since the participation for it is purely optional, and everyone can comment into it with discussion, suggestions, questions, asking for help and suggestions in return, and just getting the brainstorming going! Once again, the official date for the plot is October 14th, and it will be running the course of a week.

P.S. If you haven't watched The Chicago Code already, you definetly should. It's basically beyondtherift: The TV Edition, I swear. (Unfortunately it just got cancelled by Fox, but the season was written to be a complete story in and of itself, almost-like a mini-series. I thought the ending was really well done.)

☆ Comment with your character!

☆ Other characters will comment to know what your character IC-ly (or OOC-ly via mun if they would not share/wouldn't put it perfectly into words/mun just prefers it that way) thinks about theirs. You might learn their character has the warm fuzzies for yours! Or you may learn they secretly want to smother them with a pillow.

Either way, the truth will be set free and it'll be great.

☆ Have your character react or just tl;dr about their CR in turn. Turn it into a proper thread that may or may not become canon! Share opinions back and forth. Anything goes, really.
