Better for our Planet
We're working to reduce our environmental impact and have an ambition to become a Net Zero business by 2030.
We've recently achieved Carbon Neutral status for our own operations by cutting emissions from our vehicle fleet, lowering electricity use, and switching to 100% renewable electricity at our HQ. To offset remaining Scope 1 and 2 emissions, we have invested in verified carbon credits supporting a Farm Africa project in Ethiopia, which helps prevent deforestation and supports sustainable local livelihoods.
Better For Our Communities
Our Better For Our Communities work looks at maximising our social impact and includes donating 10% of our net profits to charity and support for our local community.
Since 2013, we have given over £3m to charity. Each year, we ask our colleagues, and the companies we work with, to nominate charities they would like us to support.
We also support local foodbanks with stock donations, and we give colleagues volunteering days to spend helping a charity of their choice.

Family values remain at the heart of our business and are reflected in how we treat our colleagues and people we work with.
We are proud to hold Investors in People (Gold) and Investors in Wellbeing (Silver) accreditations. In 2022 we were named by Best Companies as the UK’s Best Food & Drink Company to Work For. In 2024, we were named the Thames Valley TV250 ‘Fast Riser’, reflecting our strong business performance and the investment in our people.
