The Senior Leader & CEO Jobs have Changed
Most executive education teaches leaders to manage better. The Rick Goings Institute helps leaders judge better. Senior executives now operate amid institutional mistrust, technological acceleration, geopolitical tension, and social scrutiny. They must make consequential decisions faster, with less certainty, in conditions that traditional business education prepared them to analyze but not always to lead. The modern CEO must lead through mistrust, not around it. That requires something no curriculum alone can build. The scarce capability now is judgment.
