Born and located in Thessaloniki, Greece, VaJohn is a DJ and Electronic Music Composer. His residency at Roxy Club, one of the most historical underground clubs in Greece, started in quite a laid-back fashion – with him having a vision to highlight electronic and mostly Techno music as the Main style of the Club. Since then he organizes many successful events and he shares the booth with many great artists from the international and local scene. His passion for this scene didn’t stop there. He became one of the production managers at Reworks Festival(GR) (in 2018) and Co-Leader at Momentum (MMNTM).
Fully influenced by Techno and Breaks, VaJohn builds his first studio and records the first tunes of his Own “Collective”. His Style can be described as a blend of techno music with catchy melodies, punchy kicks & powerful bass lines. Finally, he focuses on the importance of delivering an authentic message. “Sometimes you must strike the right balance between educating and entertaining the Crowd. But mostly it involves staying open to new ideas, following the urge to explore and trusting the same instincts. It’s a unique combination that has helped to create intimate, compelling and above all lasting memories on and off the dance floor.
