This work is an expression of Kosuke Kawamura's signature "collage" style. It incorporates various characters and worldviews into Cobra himself, with a strong emphasis on creating a cohesive single image.

Mr. Kawamura said it took several months to begin production on this piece. "Too much collage can be overwhelming. Too little, and it lacks interest. Ultimately, when I focused on the hair, it just clicked, and it created an impact as a large-scale work."

The lines are built up through multiple layers of ink, creating a three-dimensional effect that gives the contours sharp edges and a distinct presence.

Furthermore, the hair sections are mirror-processed, allowing the expression of the work to change with light reflection and viewing angle, bringing movement and depth to the piece.

A work that transforms Kosuke Kawamura’s signature “shredder art” style into a three-dimensional expression.

Kawamura says the following about this work: "From among nearly 100 original drawings by Mr. Terasawa, I chose pieces that I thought would make cool posters to display in a room, and then I pursued an even cooler expression by adding my own shredder art style."

For the finishing of the art, the original drawing is separated and printed on an aluminum canvas and an acrylic plate. By mounting the acrylic plate floating above the canvas, physical depth is given to the flat expression. The reconfigured visual information created by this three-dimensionality expands into space as layers, producing different appearances depending on the viewing angle.

Furthermore, inorganic elements such as the silver frame and bottle screws give the entire work a sophisticated impression, emphasizing its modern and cool atmosphere.
