### How does the referral link work?
Your unique referral link lets you invite others to join respond.io. When someone signs up through your link and becomes a paying customer, you'll earn $100!
After your first successful referral, you'll receive an email with steps to set up your **PartnerStack account** and withdraw your rewards.
**_Note:_** _Referral customers are_ **_not eligible for refunds._**
### Where can I find my referral link again?
After you’ve registered, you will receive an email with your unique referral link.
### How and when do I get paid?
After your referral becomes a paying customer, your reward will be credited to your PartnerStack account. Referral rewards become available for cash out on your [Rewards & Withdrawals page](https://dash.partnerstack.com/payouts) around the 13th of the following month, in line with our billing cycles.
You can withdraw your rewards via **PayPal, Stripe or Direct Deposit**, depending on availability in your country. Learn how to add a payment method [here](https://support.partnerstack.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009377934-Adding-a-payment-provider).

### Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No limits on referrals! The more businesses you refer, the more you earn.
### What if my referral forgets to use my link?
Unfortunately, referral rewards can only be credited if your referral signs up using your unique link. If they don't, we won't be able to track and reward the referral.
### Why isn’t my referral’s payment showing up for me after they made a paid subscription?
PartnerStack, our referral portal, may take up to 24 hours to update. If you see a “Sign Up” on your dashboard, but “Paid Sign Up” still isn’t visible after this period, contact us [here](https://respond.io/contact).
### Why can’t I track both referral sign-ups and payments?
If your referral signed up **more than 90 days after clicking your link**, the signup won’t be tracked.
Additionally, if they used a **different browser or cleared their cookies**, the tracking data will NOT be recorded.
### I haven’t received my reward payout—what should I do?
You can check your PartnerStack Dashboard, under "Pending commissions" or "Paid commissions" to confirm your reward payout. If you’re still facing issues, contact us [here](https://respond.io/contact).
