ResourceAbility offers training through the Wisconsin Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs), along with other entrepreneurial support organizations. Kelly’s workshops and training programs are designed for small business owners who are short on time and money but eager to grow.

Five 90-minute classes over five weeks, covering essential digital marketing strategies to increase your online visibility, offered FREE to small business owners in Wisconsin through UW-River Falls SBDC and on the Main Street Bounceback Course Catalog.
Customer Segmentation & Business Model
One part of the ten-week Capital Readiness Program taught through UW-Osh Kosh SBDC, focused on how to define your ideal customer, create customer avatars, and use the Business Model Canvas to support your business model.
Future Proof Your Small Business
Join us on an exercise of looking to the past to give us perspective for the future. What things might change in 5 years? or in 10 years? What might stay the same? And how can you look for signals of change that can help you create a future-proof business that is able to pivot as the world changes around you? This talk can be customized by industry and can be interactive with smaller audiences.
Turning Big Goals Into Tiny Actions
As small business owners, we all struggle to find time to make real progress. Sure you have some big ideas for where you’d like your business to be in the future, but how can you get there when all your time is spent meeting current customer (and employee) needs? Let’s learn how to prioritize our time, how to set big goals, and how to break them into actionable pieces that are easier to accomplish in small time period.
