Biography
Anannya (she/her) is a PhD candidate at the University of Twente in the Netherlands. Her research focuses on digital transformation and its effects on non-managerial employees within the workforce. With a background in social psychology, she is passionate about the future of work, especially at the intersection of AI, ethics, and labor policy. She is eager to explore how thoughtful governance and inclusive practices can support both innovation and employee well-being. Outside of research, she enjoys attending and organizing social events, and finding inspiration in art and long city walks.
