Our vision is to create a strong ethical culture to protect Cobham Satcom’s reputation by empowering people to act correctly and to do the right thing. Part of this strategy is to encourage reporting as an early detection system and identify issues allowing steps to be taken to respond to situations to prevent them reoccurring or becoming serious.
Our Ethics Helpline Service
Our Ethics Helpline service is an early warning system to reduce risks. It is an important tool to foster high ethical standards and maintaining customer and public confidence in us.
The Ethics Helpline service can be used to alert us about serious risks of wrongdoing affecting people, our organisation, society, or the environment. If you have a question or concern about potential misconduct, there are many resources available to help you. You can talk to your manager, supervisor, Human Resources or another member of management. We also encourage you to use this Helpline as a resource to ask questions, seek guidance or report any suspected misconduct.
You do not need proof of your suspicions, but all messages must be made in good faith.
Your message will be securely handled
The Ethics Helpline service is provided by an external partner WhistleB, part of the NAVEX group to ensure your anonymity. The communication channel is encrypted and password-protected.
All messages will be processed in confidence. Cobham Satcom has a strict zero-tolerance on any kind of retaliation against those who have chosen to use the Helpline to make reports in good faith.
How do I submit an anonymous message?
Your message is submitted easily and securely by following the instructions in the form. After having sent your message you will receive a personal ID and a password on the screen. It is vital you save these in a secure manner. You will remain anonymous throughout this dialogue.
Within 3 working days, we may post a response or follow-up question for you, so please check in to this website periodically.
