i make draws and UTAU covers

Hola, soy Reno, antes conocido como Raix. Soy un chico de 18 años, hago dibujos digitales en mi tiempo libre, a veces pixelart y estoy intentando hacer covers UTAU.

Sé que mi contenido se ha basado más en el fandom UTAU/Vocaloid, más específicamente con Adachi Rei, pero a veces me gustaría expandirme a más fandoms, como el de Mario Bros., Minecraft o de algún shipeo o Bl... jaja, ya explicaré eso.

A pesar de haber nacido en el 2007 mis primeros juegos fueron en la NES y N64 (En emulador... obviamente, soy un chico latino pobre, ¿Qué esperaban?), por ello inicié con dibujos pixelart en una cuenta ya "eliminada" llamada @daily_raichu o algo así... ya no lo recuerdo; eso influenció bastante en mi forma de dibujar, aunque dibujaba desde los 13 años bajo el pseudónimo de Raix.

(A veces extraño esa comunidad en Facebook, pero ahora veo que lo mejor que pude haber hecho fue alejarme y dejar todo atrás... aunque aún no logro liberarme del pasado, siempre hay alguien o algo que me arrastra aunque ya no quiera, es algo complicado de hablar.)

Bueno, ¿mi vida privada?, no hago mucho, estoy en la universidad cursando Medicina Humana, sé que quizás comparándolo el nivel con otras universidades de otros países mi nivel de educación sea inferior, pero me estuve esforzando durante años para llegar hasta ahí. Dejé de vivir para estar donde estoy ahora, aunque tampoco soy la gran cosa; pero soy un buen estudiante y trato de equilibrarlo con cuidar a mi perro, gatos y conejos!!!! (y de paso cocinar)

¿Mis gustos? Um, me llegan a agradar varias cosas y suelo ser muy "adaptativo", por poner un ejemplo sigo mantiendo mi humor un poco ácido (sin faltar el respeto, claro está) que tenemos la gente latina de "barrio", pero a la par tengo un gusto más delicado, por Dios, soy un fudanshi (el equivalente a Fujoshi pero en hombres); tampoco crean que me vendo como alguien que "es un hombre distinto" solo por un gusto no tan común como el Bl, de hecho tengo más gustos que no son tan comúnes, pero escribirlos todos sería muy largo, ¿tan siquiera están leyendo esto?.

Usualmente la paso solo, no es que no sepa socializar. Me llegué a acostumbrar a estar así. Además ciertas "experiencias" me han hecho aislarme y a desconfiar de las personas y por eso les pido disculpa si no llego a responder los mensajes directos (MD) o sus comentarios, aún se me complica el idioma inglés, cualquiera puede enviarme un mensaje, a pesar de todo, sigo (intentando) creer en las personas.

Hi, I’m Reno, formerly known as Raix. I’m an 18 y/o guy who does digital art in my free time, sometimes pixel art, and I’m also trying to make UTAU covers.

I know my content has been more focused on the UTAU/Vocaloid fandom, especially Adachi Rei, but sometimes I’d like to branch out into more fandoms too, like Mario Bros., Minecraft, or maybe even some shipping or BL stuff... haha, I’ll explain that later.

Even though I was born in 2007, my first games were on the NES and the N64 (through emulators, obviously... I’m a poor Latino guy, what did you expect?). Because of that, I started making pixel art on a now “deleted” account called @daily_raichu or something like that... I honestly don’t even remember anymore. That influenced my art style a lot, although I had already been drawing since I was 13 under the pseudonym Raix.

(Sometimes I miss that Facebook community, but now I think the best thing I could’ve done was leave and move on... even if I still can’t fully let go of the past. There’s always something or someone pulling me back even when I don’t want to. It’s hard to talk about.)

So, my private life? I don’t do much. I’m in university studying Human Medicine. I know that compared to universities in other countries, my level of education might seem lower, but I’ve been working hard for years to get here. I basically stopped living just to be where I am now, though I’m not exactly a big deal either. Still, I’m a good student, and I try to balance everything while taking care of my dog, cats, and rabbits!!!! (and cooking too).

My interests? Umm, I like a lot of different things, and I’m usually pretty adaptable. For example, I still keep that slightly sarcastic, barrio-style Latino humor (without being disrespectful, of course), but at the same time I also have a softer side. God, I’m literally a fudanshi (the male equivalent of a fujoshi). And no, that doesn’t mean I’m trying to act like some “different kind of guy” just because I like something as uncommon as BL. In fact, I have a lot of other interests that are not very common either, but listing all of them would take way too long. Are you even still reading this?

I usually spend my time alone. It’s not that I don’t know how to socialize, I just got used to being like this. Plus, certain experiences have made me isolate myself and become distrustful of people, so I’m sorry if I don’t always reply to DMs or comments. English is still kind of hard for me sometimes. Anyone can message me, though. Even with everything, I’m still trying to believe in people.
