Description:

Join Paragon as a Senior Software Engineer to shape the architecture and reliability of the Workflow Engine product.
Work with a backend stack including TypeScript (NestJS), Postgres, Redis, Kafka, and Kubernetes to build and operate systems for workflow execution.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in building and operating backend systems, preferably with TypeScript/Node.js.
Strong experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous processing systems.
Deep knowledge of Postgres and Redis, including data modeling, performance tuning, and caching.
Experience with Kubernetes in a cloud environment and building multi-tenant systems.
Excellent communication skills and a product mindset.
