Requirements:

6–10 years of experience in backend or distributed systems in high-scale production environments.
Strong proficiency in Go and ability to adopt new languages/frameworks.
Experience with distributed systems, databases, and streaming architectures.
Familiarity with Web3, blockchain infrastructure, or high-throughput API platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex production issues.
Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across teams.
