• Proficiency in Java EE and Spring Boot / Spring Core.
• Experience with IVR applications and voice contact center systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• SQL experience for application configuration.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of speech standards (VoiceXML, SRGS, MRCP, CCXML) is a plus.
