Description:

  • Steer offers a suite of software tools for automotive repair shops, combining essential tools into a user-friendly platform.
  • The Principal Full Stack Engineer will lead the development of the CRM platform, focusing on robust, scalable, and secure applications.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in building complex web-based SaaS products.
  • Hands-on experience with AI & LLM integration and database expertise (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
  • Strong communication skills and an "owner" mindset for project accountability.
  • Familiarity with .NET, Node.js (TypeScript), and React is a plus.
