  • Experience as a Full Stack Engineer in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React.
  • Familiarity with AWS services, including serverless tools.
  • User-focused mindset to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Collaborative approach in cross-functional teams.
• Desirable:
  • Experience building tools for brokers or sales teams.
  • Exposure to the energy sector or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with real-time data systems or workflow automation.
