Constructor is a next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, focusing on optimizing metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit.
The Retail Media team is building a platform to connect e-commerce retailers and brands, allowing brands to buy placements within search, browse, recommendations, collections, or quizzes results.
The team is looking for Senior Full-stack engineers to help build a Customer Dashboard interface for retailers and brands.
The primary focus of the job is to design, deliver, and maintain a web application in collaboration with other engineers.
Responsibilities include working with Product and Design teams, collaborating with business partners, communicating with stakeholders, and delivering Customer dashboard features using Typescript and React.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a strong foundation in client-side JavaScript and a computer science background, along with familiarity with networking principles.
Solid experience with Typescript and front-end frameworks like React is required.
Experience in building, maintaining, and debugging full-stack web applications is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with Python and backend frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django, or a willingness to learn.
A good understanding of API design principles and familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture is essential.
Experience with relational databases, distributed systems, and caching solutions (MySQL/PostgreSQL) is required.
Analytical skills and experience with SQL for gathering insights into dashboard reports and solutions (ClickHouse, Athena) are necessary.
Experience with major public cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) is required.
Candidates should have experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and possess excellent English communication skills.
Previous experience building ad tech solutions is ideal.
