Description:

Develop new functionalities in PHP for a 360º HR management SaaS platform.
Participate in architectural evolution and design of APIs.
Integrate with external services and storage systems.
Focus on testing, code quality, and performance optimization.
Implement AI solutions for process automation and intelligent HR data functionalities.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience in PHP development.
Strong experience with MySQL.
Familiarity with clean or well-structured architectures.
Ability to design maintainable and scalable code.
Interest in applying AI in backend development.
Autonomous and technically responsible.
Willingness to participate in real technical decisions.
