Description:

  • Specializes in designing and deploying outbound contact center solutions for operational efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Blends knowledge of outbound campaign orchestration with CCaaS platforms and AI/ML technologies.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of outbound contact center operations and campaign orchestration.
  • Familiarity with outbound compliance frameworks (OFCOM, FDCPA, CFPB, TCPA).
  • Hands-on experience in contact center operations, particularly in outbound environments.
  • Experience with CCaaS platforms like NiCE, Genesys, Five9, Alvaria, or TCN.
  • Understanding of AI/ML applications in outbound operations.
  • Ability to design scalable outbound solutions integrating with CRM and compliance systems.
  • Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
  • Awareness of ethical AI use in outbound contexts.
  • Advantageous: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field, 2+ years in technical pre-sales or outbound contact center, experience with outbound CCaaS deployments.
