Senior Fullstack Engineer
Hi, I’m Artur :) Senior Software Engineer with 12+ years of experience building web applications for both fast-growing startups and established enterprise apps. Over the last 3 years, I’ve worked in Lead roles, managing small to medium teams (4–8 people), setting up dev processes and supporting engineers growth. Despite this background, I’m deeply passionate about coding and happy to take on a primarily hands-on developer role. Over the past 2 years, I’ve been actively transitioning into an AI-driven era of engineering, utilizing agentic workflows and automating routine tasks. My typical workflow nowadays will include creating generic and project specific skills, rules and scripts for AI agents, automating CI in code reviews, test coverage, linters and code quality analysis + coding features and fixing bugs of course. I value mutual respect, clear expectations, and enjoy collaborating with positive and motivated people. I’m equally comfortable introducing improvements or adapting to existing team processes. Outside of work - I play with the latest AI tools, try different programming languages and tech. I would love any opportunity to learn a new PL and deep dive into it. It feeds me as professional just as it keeps things fun
