Backend Engineer

I am a backend engineer specializing in optimizing banking systems and migrating legacy architectures to the cloud. I have extensive experience working with Java (Spring) and the Google Cloud ecosystem. I am looking for technical challenges that incorporate AI into the software development lifecycle.

What I’ve been working on:

• Process optimization: I migrated a legacy Deutsche Bank application that processed millions of records. I reduced data processing times from 12 hours to less than 4 (a 70% improvement) using Java 17, Spring Batch, and Dataflow on GCP.
• Technical development: I created several reactive microservices using Spring Boot and Webflux. I used Pub/Sub and BigQuery to process large volumes of data.
• Full-stack projects: Although my strength lies in backend development, I develop and maintain applications using React/TypeScript when the project requires it.
