Senior Software Engineer | Building AI-Powered Products

Software Engineer & Consultant focused on building cloud-native and LLM-based solutions. Part of the DSB’s AI/ML team where working on designing and building cloud-native and AI-powered systems using C#, Python, React and Azure OpenAI. My work includes development of intelligent assistants such as the AI Support Assistant, Copilot Studio agents, and MS Teams bot integrations that help employees quickly find information and use the tools efficiently

At DSB:

• Contributed to Al Launchpad development, an internal Al platform delivering chat, document understanding, image generation, and code insights, including Workspaces for RAG over a limited set of documents, actively using C#, Python, React/TypeScript and Next,js.
• Build and extend Al agents with tool/function calling and enterprise integrations (Jira/ClickHouse/GitHub) to enable efficient access to internal data and systems. Built Hillerod Assistant, a support chatbot providing general guidance and maintenance- related Q&A, on Microsoft Copilot Studio with custom Ul (implemented using React & TypeScript from https://github.com/microsoft/BotFramework-WebChat) and Direct Line integration.
• Created Microsoft Teams Bots and implemented multitenant API handling multiple bots with the same API, with access token delegation using Microsoft Entra to forward requests to the Al platform on behalf of the user.

To stay current with industry trends, I actively develop and maintain AIKit, an open-source C# .NET library for AI and .NET developers (https://github.com/durmisi/AIKit), while continuing to expand my knowledge through certifications and hands-on projects.
