1. Purpose

(hereinafter, the “Entity”) on its web domains, subdomains, and landing pages, for the purpose of collecting personal and/or professional data from interested parties in the context of requests for information, contact, access to restricted content, digital catalogs, or other similar services.

By voluntarily completing and submitting any electronic form hosted on the Entity’s digital platforms, the user expressly, freely, knowingly, and unequivocally consents to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to the current Privacy Policy, the contents of which they declare to know and accept.

The Entity reserves the right to modify, in whole or in part, these Terms and Conditions, as well as the associated policies. Modifications shall become effective upon their publication on the website or upon direct notification to the data subject, as applicable.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction of the data controller or, as the case may be, that of the data subject if a supranational framework is applicable. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this document shall be submitted, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the competent Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the data controller, unless another jurisdiction is required by law.
