I wrote them last month asking them to refund the charges to my credit card because their program would not download to my computer. I am in dispute with the credit card company and respectfully ask that they refund $45.63 to my credit card immediately.

I have purchased the software by mistake and I want a refund. I have talked to the bank and I have disputed the withdrawal. It has been extremely had to get in contact with the developer.
