By registering for and/or using Reeporter AI’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Reeporter AI provides a platform that enables users to create, embed, and share interactive content, including AI-generated videos, on websites and applications. Our services are designed to assist content creators, marketers, educators, and others in generating short vertical videos and stories from text or website links.

3. Registration and Account Security

To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the services or servers.
  • Attempt to crawl, scrape, hack, overload, or otherwise misuse the platform.
  • Use bots or automated systems to generate content at scale or in a way that violates normal and fair usage of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these rules or misuses the service.

5. Content Ownership and Licenses

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the platform. By posting content, you grant Reeporter AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the services.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is provided “as-is.” While you may use such content freely, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be unique and could be similar to content generated for other users.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including all associated intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Reeporter AI and its licensors. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your data as outlined therein.

By Signing up, you agree to receive 3 types of emails from Reeporter AI:

  • Emails informing when a video generation is ready , including the link to get the video
  • Emails informing of any tech issue while generating the video
  • Information emails, in the form of newsletters, presenting our new features and offers. You can unsubscribe to emails anytime.

8. Subscriptions, Renewal, and Credits

  • All paid subscriptions renew automatically on their anniversary date (monthly or yearly depending on the chosen plan).Before each renewal, you will receive an email reminding you of your remaining credits and informing you of the upcoming automatic renewal.Renewal can be cancelled at any time before the renewal date. Once the renewal has been processed, any cancellation will only take effect from the next subscription period.Subscription plans include a fixed number of usage credits. 9. Priority Support(new section added)

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI Content Accuracy: You acknowledge and agree that AI-generated content may occasionally include errors, inaccuracies, or content that does not match your expectations. Reeporter AI is not responsible for any outcomes, interpretations, or consequences resulting from the use or reliance on AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reeporter AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

For users located in the European Union or the European Economic Area, these Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. For all other users, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to their conflict of law principles.

14. Responsibility for Use and Distribution of Content

Reeporter AI provides tools to help you generate videos and content using artificial intelligence. However, you are fully and solely responsible for how this content is used, edited, or distributed.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are 100% responsible for the distribution, publication, sharing, or broadcast of any content created using Reeporter AI, whether in its original form or after editing.
  • Reeporter AI does not act as a producer, co-producer, editor, or publisher of any video you create. We do not claim editorial responsibility for your content, nor do we control where or how it is published.
  • You must ensure that any use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to copyright, intellectual property, privacy, defamation, and advertising rules in your jurisdiction.
  • You must not present content as being officially endorsed or produced by Reeporter AI, unless you have obtained our explicit written permission.

We disclaim all liability related to any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from the use, sharing, or broadcasting of content generated on our platform.

15. Prohibited Uses and Account Termination

Reeporter AI has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal content or misuse of the platform. You agree that you will not:

  • Upload, create, or attempt to produce any content that violates laws or promotes illegal activities.
  • Attempt to manipulate or disrupt the service through technical means such as bots, scraping, crawling, hacking, or any form of malicious activity.
  • Use the platform in a way that places an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure or is outside the scope of normal individual usage.

We reserve the right to block, suspend, or permanently delete any user account found to be in violation of these policies.

16. Ethical Use and Commercial Licensing

  • Users must not use Reeporter AI to create deceptive, harmful, or manipulative content, including deepfakes, impersonations, or misinformation.
  • Commercial use of AI-generated content is allowed, provided it complies with all relevant laws, third-party rights, and these Terms of Use.
  • Reeporter AI reserves the right to monitor, investigate, and, if necessary, take action against content or behavior that violates ethical standards.

17. Monitoring and Traceability

Reeporter AI may maintain internal logs of metadata related to content creation (e.g., timestamps, input prompts) for the purpose of detecting abuse, ensuring service quality, and complying with legal obligations.

In the event of a complaint or legal request, Reeporter AI reserves the right to audit accounts or content associated with suspicious activity.
