1. Go to Create from Text
2. Write or paste your text (script, idea, story, lesson…)
3. Choose your settings: language, voice, video length
4. Click Generate — we handle the rest!

1. Copy the URL of any webpage (article, product page, landing page…)
2. Go to Create from URL
3. Paste the link and customize your settings

Yes! You can add a digital presenter to any video:

• Built-in presenters: Choose from our library of AI characters
• Your own photo: Upload a clear photo and we’ll animate it
• AI Twin: Clone your face AND voice for a fully personalized presenter

Simply select “Display narrator” when creating your video, then upload a photo. The presenter will appear in your scenes, speaking naturally.

Pro tip: Use a photo showing the full body, head to toe, with face clearly visible.

Absolutely! Here’s what each plan offers:

• Free Plan: Up to 5 minutes (5,000 characters)
• Paid Plans: Up to 26 minutes (26,000 characters)
• Premium Plans: Up to 60 minutes (60,000 characters)

Tip for Free users: You can create longer videos by splitting your script into parts, generating separate videos, then merging them in the Studio.

Reeporter AI supports 50+ languages including:

English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Russian, Dutch, Polish, Turkish, and many more.

You can even use different voices for different scenes in the same video!

After your video is generated, click Edit Video to open the Studio. You can also find any video in My Videos and click Open Studio.

In the Studio, you can customize everything:

• Edit text and narration
• Change images and videos
• Adjust music and sound effects
• Modify voice and language
• Change duration and speed
• Reorder, add, or delete scenes

While editing in the Studio, you have 3 options:

• Upload your own: Import files from your computer or phone
• Stock library: Browse our extensive free media collection
• Generate with AI: Create unique visuals with AI generation

Simply click on any scene to replace or add media.

1. Open your video in the Studio
2. Go to the Audio section
3. Select a new voice from our 50+ options
4. Apply to specific slides or the entire video

You can even use different voices for different scenes!

1. Go to My Videos
2. Find the video you want to download
3. Click the Download button
4. Choose your preferred speed/quality

You can also download directly from the Studio after editing.

You have several options:

• Copy link: Each video has a unique URL you can share anywhere
• Download: Export the video file and upload to any platform
• Embed: Get embed code for your website

Find the share options in My Videos or after video generation.

1. Go to My Videos
2. Find the video you want to delete
3. Click the trash icon or select Delete from options
4. Confirm the deletion

Note: Deleted videos cannot be recovered.

To delete your account:

1. Go to Organization in your settings
2. Click the pencil icon (✏️) on the right side
3. Change the status of your organization to “Deleted”
4. Save your changes

This action is irreversible. Your organization, users, and all video data will be permanently deleted.

1. Log in to your Reeporter AI account
2. Go to Plans & Pricing
3. Select the Free Plan to downgrade

Your subscription will be updated immediately. You’ll keep access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.

1. Go to Profile Settings
2. Click on Change Password
3. Enter your current password and new password
4. Save your changes

Go to Profile Settings to update:

• Profile picture
• Username and name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Language preference

You can also access this from the main menu (burger menu) → Profile.

Free users share a generation queue, which can take up to 20 minutes during peak hours.

Paid users get priority access — videos start generating in less than a minute.

If speed matters for your workflow, consider upgrading to a paid plan.
