“I waited 2 years after getting my solar to write this because I wanted to make sure the company resolves problems that arise post-installation. They do. They have always been super responsive. Also, they just seem like nice people who are not out to steal your money. I noticed this the first time I met one of them. He came to the house to test whether for air leaks and other energy losses. In the end, he told us our house is in great shape and didn’t need any work. How often does a contractor tell you that? They installed the solar over the course of two weeks. We had a panel go off line a few months later. They came out and fixed it within two weeks or so. We had a wifi disconnect, they came out to fix that too. No fuss. Great company.”
