Proposed changes
Restores jiti in @wdio/config to safely handle named imports from CommonJS modules (like istanbul-lib-coverage) which fail with native import().
The previous removal of jiti (PR #14802) caused a regression where named imports from CJS modules would throw, crashing the runner (issue #14945). This PR re-introduces jiti but uses it only as a fallback. The default loader remains the native
import(), ensuring no regressions for standard usage. Fallback to jiti happens only when a specific SyntaxError regarding named exports is caught and confirmed to be an Error instance.
