I don't think we want these responses to not throw. For example: what if the WebDriver server returns a 200 with HTML content. We should ensure the response we get is a valid WebDriver command response.

I did some changes to throw an error on parse error, and pass the responseCode and raw body to the WebDriverRequestError instance, so the retry mechanism can run |
