Proposed changes
Aiming for more advanced integration with the vscode extension, we moved the functions provided by
@wdio/clito a separate package (create-wdio) to separate the user interface from the implementation.This chage couses strict dependency of version between cli and create-wdio, we integrate the
create-wdiopackage.And we will move the two commands
configandinstallfromwdio/clitocreate-wdioand modifywdio/clito import them.This pull request is based on the content of webdriverio/create-wdio#855
