Proposed changes
tsxmust be installed as dependency on the project even though, it is already a dependency for@wdio/cli. This patch resolved the path totsxproperly and makes sure to send the node options to the child process.I also fixed the questionnaire to have Chrome and the Spec reporter selected as default values. This was a regression with one of the recent inquirer updates and we should have good defaults here to help the user to just skim through the questions.
