Proposed changes

Changes include:

• adding $root and $container convenience objects to the Stencil environment
• introduce waitForChanges method
• sanitize some special objects when printing console.log
• fix auto Stencil imports
• allow to assert for non existing elements

Types of changes

• Bugfix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
• Documentation update
