Proposed changes

Updated the debugger documentation to include the option of auto attaching the vscode debugger.
I also removed a reference to an issue that has long been resolved.

• Bugfix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
• Documentation update

Checklist
