Proposed changes

During SeConf I had a conversation with @SrinivasanTarget and other Appium maintainers about the appium-installer. This patch adds this package to the WebdriverIO config wizard to help folks setting up their environment.

Types of changes

• Bugfix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
• Documentation update

Checklist
