Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the Renovate configuration to group all non-major dependency updates (patch and minor) together instead of only grouping patch updates. This change will consolidate more dependency updates into a single pull request, reducing the number of individual dependency update PRs.
- Expands dependency grouping from patch-only to include both patch and minor updates
- Updates the group name and slug to reflect the broader scope
