Remove copy-webpack-plugin v5 to reduce npm dependencies and make CI faster.
Rspack users should use
rspack.CopyRspackPlugininstead of copy-webpack-plugin v5. copy-webpack-plugin v5 has many deprecated dependencies and should not be used.Related: #1767
