Summary

I've found that many users have trouble dealing with browser compatibility. Usually we recommend reading the SWC documentation or using Rsbuild, but it can be helpful if we can add some examples to the builtin:swc-loader documentation,

The SWC documentation also needs more work, it is too simple compared to the Babel documentation.
