Summary

The jscpuprofile.json file is no longer required in Rspack's new tracking implementation, see https://rspack.dev/contribute/development/tracing and https://github.com/web-infra-dev/rspack/blob/e27eee3706e09d84ef8faec3e2b270ad2be94ccf/packages/rspack/src/trace/index.ts

Users can still use node --cpu-prof to perform Node.js CPU profiling.
