html-webpack-pluginin@rsbuild/webpackby default.This allows us to:
__internalHelperfrom@rsbuild/core. We no longer need to export the helper for Modern.js@rsbuild/corecan switch to the Rust HtmlRspackPlugin in the future.Checklist
