  • enable node22 in ci
  • drop node16 from ci
  • drop @ungap/structured-clone
  • drop blob polyfill
  • drop Readable.fromWeb polyfill
  • removed Headers#getAll() → use Headers#getSetCookie instead
  • upgrade undici@5 → undici@6
