Currently, as `changeset publish` does not yet support provenance (see: changesets/changesets#1152), we are using the `NPM_CONFIG_PROVENANCE` setting to enable npm provenance, as referenced in sveltejs/kit#12570. See: https://docs.npmjs.com/generating-provenance-statements for details
