Fix --print-config CLI flag to hide internal properties#9194

This prevents internal properties from being printed when using the `--print-config` CLI flag.
Internal properties should start with an underscore (`_`).
Also, this renames the `pluginFunctions` property in the `Config` type to `_pluginFunctions`,
since it has been used for internal purposes (undocumented).
`pluginFunctions` is printed as `{}` with `--print-config` before this change, which is confusing for users.
(because `JSON.stringify()` cannot print functions)

This PR prevents internal properties from being printed when using the
--print-configCLI flag. Internal properties should start with an underscore (_).Also, this renames the
pluginFunctionsproperty in theConfigtype to_pluginFunctions, since it has been used for internal purposes (undocumented).pluginFunctionsis printed as{}with--print-configbefore this change, which is confusing for users. (becauseJSON.stringify()cannot print functions)
