What's changed

In the declaration-property-value-keyword-no-deprecated rule, keywords inside non-color function arguments (e.g. SCSS/unknown functions like mycolor(background, primary), custom CSS functions like --foo(background)) are now skipped to avoid false positives.
Keywords inside known CSS color functions (rgb(), hsl(), color(), color-mix(), contrast-color(), light-dark(), etc.) are still checked and auto-fixed correctly, including relative color syntax (color(from InactiveCaptionText ...)).
Added color-contrast, contrast-color, device-cmyk, and light-dark to the colorFunctions reference set.

Test cases added

Accept (no longer false positives):

background-color: mycolor(background, primary) — SCSS/unknown function args
color: --foo(background) — custom CSS function args
overflow: myFunc(overlay) — unknown function, non-color property
scrollbar-color: foo(background, bar) qux — deprecated keyword inside unknown function, non-deprecated outside
color: foo(var(--bar, background), menu) — deprecated keywords nested inside unknown function

Reject (still correctly flagged):

color: CoLoR(from InactiveCaptionText srgb r g b / 0.5) — deprecated keyword inside a CSS color function (relative color syntax)
scrollbar-color: foo(background, bar) menu — deprecated keyword outside unknown function is still caught
