hamcrest-core is deprecated and all it does is call in hamcrest and a deprecated package, use the correct one (less artifacts this way)
hamcrest has a lot of overlap but going into their internals is not a good way to handle and while CoreMatchers is in the main api, their documentation suggests otherwise.
