I'll debug the issue on armv7l over the week-end.
The only thing that comes to mind with the bump is the manylinux/musllinux image updates.

The manylinux issue is fixed.
Hopefully, the musllinux one also. For musl, it seems there is something planned to upstream: https://gitlab.kitware.com/cmake/cmake/-/issues/26586
