Thank you once again @nschonni. I used the alpine and linux node 20 release binary built in github actions for the first time as opposed to building them locally 🤞 If all goes well the centos build process can be finally be sunsetted. |

Copying basic setup for Node 20, and bumping major version.
Node 19 is hitting EOL in a month, but I left it in place for now
Node 14 is EOL on the 30th, so dropped it now
