- Config out all the deprecated symbols
- Fixup systest to pass when running against ossl300 without deprecated symbols
- Add CI regression test to ensure ongoing compatibility with 3.5 and no deprecated symbols

Since openssl hasn't yet been fixed up to work without deprecated symbols, the tests failed as expected! 🎉 |
